You must be at least 18 years old to use intimacy.world. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

intimacy.world is a digital programme of guided exercises, tools and content designed to help couples improve communication, connection and intimacy. It is not a substitute for professional counselling, therapy, or medical advice. If you or your relationship are dealing with issues beyond what a self-guided programme can help with — including but not limited to domestic violence, abuse, or a mental health crisis — please seek help from a qualified professional or, in an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure. intimacy.world links two individual accounts together as a "couple." Some content and features are shared between linked partners; some remain private to each individual, as described within the app itself. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account.

Access to intimacy.world is currently offered as a one-time lifetime purchase per couple, covering both linked accounts. We do not currently offer subscription/recurring billing.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If intimacy.world isn't working for you within that window, contact us at support@intimacy.world and we will process a refund. As online payment infrastructure is still being finalised, refunds are currently processed manually via bank transfer back to the original payment method, and may take a few business days to complete.

You agree not to: use intimacy.world for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access another couple's account or data without authorisation; copy, redistribute, or resell intimacy.world's content; use the service in a way that harasses, endangers, or is intended to harm another person, including your partner.

The Survey Board is a community feature for paid members to submit and respond to relationship-related survey topics. To keep it a safe, respectful space for everyone:

• Submissions must relate genuinely to relationships, intimacy, or connection — not be used to harass, target, or identify any real person, including your own partner, an ex, or anyone else.
• Submissions must not contain illegal content, hate speech, or anything intended to demean or degrade any group of people.
• Voting must reflect your genuine response — attempting to manipulate results (e.g. voting more than once, coordinating false answers) is not permitted.
• All submissions are reviewed before publication, and we reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission or vote at our discretion.

If you breach these guidelines, we may suspend or terminate your access to intimacy.world, including outside of the standard refund window — meaning your membership may be cancelled without a refund. We'll always aim to warn you and explain why first, except in cases of serious or repeated misuse.

All content within intimacy.world — including exercises, written material, illustrations, and the underlying software — is the property of Pioneer Australian Ventures Pty Ltd or its licensors, and is provided for your personal use as a paying member. You may not reproduce or distribute it elsewhere.

You retain ownership of the personal content you enter into the programme (your responses, notes, etc.). See our Privacy Policy for how we handle that information.

intimacy.world is provided "as is." While we work to make the programme genuinely useful, we can't guarantee specific outcomes for your relationship. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pioneer Australian Ventures Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using intimacy.world at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of intimacy.world after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
